There will be no discussion of these items unless board members, administrative staff, or members of the
public request specific items to be discussed and/or removed prior to the vote for approval.

A. Public Hearing - Consideration of Adopting a Revised Water Waste Ordinance and Drought
Contingency Plan [Director Memorandum No. 19-049 - Page 19 of 234]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board conduct a Public Hearing to receive
comments and adopt the Yucaipa Valley Water District’s Water Waste Ordinance
and Drought Contingency Plan.
B. Presentation of the Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending on April 30, 2019

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board receives and files the unaudited
financial report.
