ALDA Inc., in association with Thomas Harder & Co. is pleased to submit to you, as
Chairman of the Beaumont Basin Watermaster, the Beaumont Basin Watermaster
Annual Report for Calendar Year 2015. This final report summarizes all production,
spreading, and storage activities that took place during calendar year 2015. Further, it
documents changes in water levels and storage conditions, as well as, an estimate of
the Basin Operating Safe Yield for 2015. Finally, the Annual Report presents an
evaluation of water quality conditions in the basin for the 2011-2015 five-year period.
