Draft Annual Report for Calendar Year 2016
Dear Mr. Vela:
ALDA Inc., in association with Thomas Harder & Co. is pleased to submit to you, as
Chairman of the Beaumont Basin Watermaster, the Beaumont Basin Watermaster
Annual Report for Calendar Year 2016. This draft report expands on the earlier format
of the annual report by incorporating information previously presented in the biannual
Engineering Report. As such, this Annual Report summarizes all production, spreading,
and storage activities that took place during calendar year 2016. Further, it documents
changes in water levels and storage conditions, as well as, an estimate of the Basin
Operating Safe Yield for 2016. Finally, the report presents an evaluation of water quality
conditions for the 2012-2016 five year period.
We will make a formal presentation to the Watermaster Committee during the upcoming

Board meeting on August 2 , 2016. We welcome your review and comments on this
