This TASK ORDER No. 3 is issued pursuant to that certain Agreement for Services by
Independent Contractor between the BEAUMONT BASIN WATERMASTER ("OWNER") and
ALDA, INC. (CONTRACTOR") dated May 16, 2012 (the "AGREEMENT").

The OWNER and CONTRACTOR have entered into this TASK ORDER as specifically set forth
herein below, and except as specifically provided herein, the AGREEMENT shall remain in full
force and effect as originally stated.

1. Tasks to be Performed & Compensation. CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor,
materials and equipment to perform the following tasks as fully described in the attached Task
Order No. 3 Scope of Services dated January 3, 2013 and the proposal to Provide Professional
Engineering Services by the CONTRACTOR dated April 16, 2012.

2. Term. This Task Order shall remain in full effect until the proposed project is completed
which is estimated to be by December 31, 2013.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Task Order No. 3 on the date
indicated below.
