(CONTRACTOR") dated May 16, 2012 (the "AGREEMENT"). The OWNER and CONTRACTOR have entered into this TASK ORDER as specifically set forth herein below, and except as specifically provided herein, the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect as originally stated. 1. Tasks to be Performed & Compensation. CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform the following tasks as fully described in the attached Task Order No. 3 Scope of Services dated January 3, 2013 and the proposal to Provide Professional Engineering Services by the CONTRACTOR dated April 16, 2012. 2.
