Recommendation: That the Watermaster Committee members approve the
rate adjustment of $10/hour, resulting in a rate of $275/hour for general
counsel activities and $285/hour for litigation activities.

local stormwater in the basin.
B. Development of a methodology and policy to account for groundwater storage losses

Watermaster.
