The District staff has been working with William Lyon Homes for the preparation of a development agreement for Tract 18948. The proposed tract map consists of 143 single family residential lots on approximately 20.32 acres located to the north side of Oak Glen Road, east of Chapman Heights Road and south of Bluegrass Road in the City of Yucaipa.
