Subject: Development Agreement No. 2014-02 for Tract 17351 Located near south of
County Line Road between Mesa Grande Drive Canyon View Drive,

Recommendation: That the Board approves Development Agreement No. 2014-02.
The District staff has been working with Far West Industries for the preparation of a development
agreement for Tract 17351. The proposed tract map consists of 45 dual plumbed residential
equestrian lots on approximately 54 acres located to the south side of County Line Road, between
Mesa Grande Drive and Canyon View Drive in the City of Calimesa.
