Manager Joseph Zoba in regards to California regulators proposing
to devote more water flow from the State’s major rivers to support fish
and wildlife.

A letter written by customer Linda Shelton was presented by General
Manager Joseph Zoba in regards to the Open House for Reservoir
12.4 and her appreciation for the event as provided by District staff.

motion to authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion and release COMPLETION FOR
