Subject: Consideration of a Taxing Entity Compensation Agreement with the City of
Yucaipa
Recommendation: That the Board authorizes the President to execute the attached
Compensation Agreement with the City of Yucaipa.
The City of Yucaipa has developed a Long Range Property Management Plan which identifies
disposition and use of the real properties belonging to the former redevelopment agency.
The City of Yucaipa has provided copies of the attached compensation agreement that has been
reviewed by District legal counsel. This item was reviewed and discussed in detail at the board
workshop held on January 10, 2017.
