RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the District staff to declare
bad debt for Calendar Year 2015 in the amount of $27,288.24.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the District staff to execute
the necessary contracts and documents with Allied Community Insurance Services
and Inland Counties Insurance Services for a sum not to exceed $208,731.
