A. Update on Recent Pipeline Replacements on Rodeo Road and Rancho Road
[Workshop Memorandum No. 17-113] - Management Analyst Matthew Porras
provided an update on recent pipeline replacements on Rodeo Road and Rancho
Road. A draft paving agreement with the City of Yucaipa was also provided to the
board members.

A. Notice and Overview of the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority Proposed
Revisions to Ordinance No. 8 Establishing Local Limits and Regulations for the
Use of the Inland Empire Brineline [Workshop Memorandum No. 17-114] - General
Manager Joseph Zoba provided an overview of the Santa Ana Watershed Project
Authority proposed revisions to Ordinance No. 8 establishing local limits and
regulations for the use of the Inland Empire Brineline.
B. Discussion Regarding Proposed Recycled Water Connection Improvements for
Ridgeview Elementary School [Workshop Memorandum No. 17-115] -
Management Analyst Katie Hallberg discussed the proposed recycled water
connection improvements for Ridgeview Elementary School.
C. Overview of a Proposed Resolution Setting Fees for the Installation of New
Drinking Water and Recycled Water Meter Installations [Workshop Memorandum
No. 17-116] - Management Analyst Matthew Porras provided an overview of a
proposed resolution setting fees for the installation of new drinking water and
recycled water meter installations.
D. Overview of a Draft Resolution Setting the Methodology for Calculating a Facility
Capacity Charge Component Related to the Purchase of Supplemental Water from
the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency for Development within the City of Calimesa

Kim provided an overview of the Mesa Verde Development located in Calimesa,
California. General Manager Joseph Zoba provided an overview of the draft Water
Supply Assessment for the Mesa Verde Development.

A. Presentation of the Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending on July 31,
2017 [Workshop Memorandum No. 17-120] - Chief Financial Officer Allison
Edmisten presented the Unaudited Financial Report for the period ending on July
31, 2017.
