A. Ratification of Amendment No. 1 to the Contract with Forbes Steel Buildings for the Erection
of a Replacement Public Works Building [Director Memorandum No. 17-109 - Page 16 of
33]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board ratifies Change Order No. 1 in the
amount of $59,582.
B. Authorization to Access State and Federal Criminal History Data for Employment
Verification [Director Memorandum No. 17-110 - Page 19 of 33]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2017-26
Authorizing Access to State and Federal Level Summaries for Criminal History
Information for Employment Verification.
