Subject: Discussion Regarding the Ratification of the 2018 Landscape Contract to Pacific
Coast Landscape
On October 3, 2017, the Board of Directors authorized District staff to solicit Request for Proposals
(RFP) for Landscape Related Services [Director Memorandum No. 17-093]. The RFP for
Landscape Services [Proposal No. 170925] includes 11 District properties and 5 planting areas.
On December 21, 2017, District staff opened the RFP’s. The preliminary bid results are provided
below:
