Subject: Discussion Regarding the Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-02 Approving an
Investment Policy and Appointment of the General Manager as the District
Investment Officer
Recommendation: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2018-02.
On January 3, 2017, the Board of Directors adopted the current Investment Policy as Resolution
No. 2017-01 [Director Memorandum No. 17-001].
Each year the District staff is required to present the investment policy for review by the Board of
Directors and the public. If no modifications are recommended, the District staff recommends
approving the Investment Policy by adopting the attached resolution.
