Subject: Discussion Regarding Resolution No. 2018-05 Readopting Guidelines for
Members of the Board of Directors
Recommendation: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2018-05.
Each year, the Board of Directors review the attached Guidelines for Members of the Board of
Directors. If there are no changes, the District staff recommends adopting a new resolution to
share with the public an important document that summarizes the fundamental processes used
by the District to make decisions as a team.
