The attached Development Agreement No. 2018-01 provides conditions to allow the AM/PM gas
station to proceed. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the remaining buildings, a separate
development agreement will be required with the District.
On January 11, 2018, the District received the signed agreement from the property owner which
was sufficient to resolve the concerns previously expressed by the District staff about the
occupancy/operation of the gas station.
