Subject: Consideration of a Development Agreement No. 2018-03 with MBTK Homes
for Sewer Service to Property Located on Avenue H, Yucaipa
Recommendation: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to execute
Development Agreement No. 2018-03 following execution by the
Developer and any non-substantive changes, if any.
The District staff is working together with MBTK Homes for the development of 57 detached
condominium units on 7.6 acres near Avenue H, Yucaipa. The District staff is in the process of
preparing a development agreement to document the terms and conditions for sewer service to this
project.
