Subject: Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-06 Adopting the Santa Ana Watershed
Project Authority Resolution No. 2017-11 Establishing Local Limits and Best
Management Practices Requirements for the Inland Empire Brineline
Recommendation: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2018-06.
On October 3, 2017, the District conducted a public hearing and subsequently adopted Ordinance
No. 57-2017 Adopting the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority Ordinance No. 8 Establishing
Regulations for the Use of the Inland Empire Brineline and Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority
Resolution No. 2017-11 of the Santa Ana Watershed Establishing Local Limits and Best
Management Practices Requirements.
The District should also adopt the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority Resolution No. 2017-
11 which establishes the local limits and best management practices.
