Subject: Consideration of a Memorandum of Agreement for the Terms and Conditions
of Employment for General Employees of the Yucaipa Valley Water District
Recommendation: That the Board approves the Memorandum of Agreement with the
General Employee Bargaining Group.
The Yucaipa Valley Water District has recently completed a mediation process with the General
Employee Bargaining Group. The attached document represents the results of the mediation
process which was subsequently approved by the General Employees on January 23, 2018.
