Subject: Authorization to Post Delinquent accounts to the Property Tax Rolls of San
Bernardino County and Riverside County
Recommendation: That the Board adopt Resolution 2018-21 for San Bernardino County
and Resolution No. 2018-22 for Riverside County authorizing the
posting of delinquent charges to the property tax rolls.
Each year the Yucaipa Valley Water District posts delinquent utility service accounts to the
property tax rolls for collection. The property owners have been notified that the District intends
to place all delinquent charges, fees and penalties to the property tax rolls.
The attached resolutions provide detailed account information and the total delinquent amount for
each parcel.
