PURCHASING AN
ASSET MANAGEMENT Director Tom Shalhoub moved to authorize the General
SOFTWARE FROM Manager to execute the necessary contract to purchase the
NOVOTX Elements XS asset management software. Director Chris Mann
seconded the motion.
