Subject: Discussion Regarding the Issuance of a Request for Proposals for
Inspection and Cleaning of Potable, Non-Potable, and Recycled Water
Storage Facilities
Recommendation: That the Board authorize the General Manager to finalize and release
the Request for Proposals.
The District staff has prepared the attached Request for Proposals for routine cleaning of the
drinking water, non-potable, and recycled water storage facilities. The proposed contract will
secure a contractor to provide cleaning services for up to three years.
