within its jurisdiction. To provide comments on specific agenda items, please complete a speaker’s request
form and provide the completed form to the Board Secretary prior to the board meeting.
IV. CONSENT CALENDAR - All consent calendar matters are routine and will be acted upon in one motion.
There will be no discussion of these items unless board members, administrative staff, or members of the
public request specific items to be discussed and/or removed prior to the vote for approval.

VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Discussion Regarding the Purchase of Additional Imported Water Supplies for Calendar
Year 2018 [Director Memorandum No. 18-151 - Page 15 of 32]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the purchase of an
additional 400 acre feet from the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District for
a sum not to exceed $50,320.
B. Consideration of Resolution No. 2018-33 Updating the Methodology used to Calculate
Employee Benefit, Administrative Overhead, and Surcharge Factors for Cost Recovery of
Certain Services Provided by the District [Director Memorandum No. 18-152 - Page 16 of
32]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2018-33.
C. Consideration of a One Year Extension for Annual Landscape Services with Pacific Coast
Landscape for 2019 [Director Memorandum No. 18-153 - Page 22 of 32]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to
extend the landscape services contract with Pacific Coast Landscape to maintain
the existing pricing schedule for calendar year 2019.
