DM 18-153 Implementation Manager Kathryn Hallberg discussed the
benefits of providing a one-year extension for annual landscape
CONSIDERATION OF A services with Pacific Coast Landscape for calendar year 2019.
ONE YEAR EXTENSION This would retain the same costs as the bid results received in
FOR ANNUAL 2018.
LANDSCAPE
SERVICES WITH Director Bruce Granlund moved to extend the landscape
PACIFIC COAST services contract with Pacific Coast Landscape to maintain the
LANDSCAPE FOR 2019 existing pricing schedule for calendar year 2019. Director Chris
Mann seconded the motion.

The motion was approved by the following vote:

Director Bruce Granlund - Yes

Director Chris Mann - Yes
