There will be no discussion of these items unless board members, administrative staff, or members of the
public request specific items to be discussed and/or removed prior to the vote for approval.

A. Discussion Regarding Resolution No. 2019-02 Honoring Peggy Little on the Occasion of

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board recognizes the achievements and
contributions of Peggy Little and adopts Resolution No. 2019-02.
B. Presentation of the Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending on December 31,
2018 [Director Memorandum No. 19-002 - Page 27 of 184]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board receives and files the unaudited
financial report.
C. Discussion Regarding the Adoption of Resolution No. 2019-03 Approving an Investment
Policy and Appointment of the General Manager as the District Investment Officer [Director
Memorandum No. 19-003 - Page 51 of 184]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2019-03.
