STAFF REPORT General Manager Joseph Zoba discussed the purchase of
vineyards by Harvard University as possible water investments.
He also discussed the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency
imported water rate issue discussed at the manager meeting.

DM 18-154 General Manager Joseph Zoba discussed the consideration of
Resolution No. 2018-34 recognizing and honoring Director Tom
