Subject: Discussion Regarding the Adoption of Resolution No. 2019-03 Approving an
Investment Policy and Appointment of the General Manager as the District
Investment Officer
Recommendation: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2019-03.
On January 16, 2018, the Board of Directors adopted the current investment policy as Resolution
No. 2018-02 [Director Memorandum No. 18-003].
Each year the District staff presents the investment policy for review by the Board of Directors. If
no modifications are necessary, the District staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution.
