Subject: Merchant Builders Recycled Water Recognition Awards
Yucaipa Valley Water District would like to recognize the builders at Summerwind Trails for their
participation in the use of recycled water for front yard and back yard irrigation in their
communities.
These awards would bring deserved recognition for one of the first communities in Southern
California to use recycled water for front yard and back yard irrigation; while promoting the
responsible use of drinking water.
Financial Consideration
The recognition award is estimated to cost $150.00 each. Three builders would be recognized
for the total estimated cost of $450.00. Funding would be from the Recycled budget, Public
Relations [G/L #04-5-06-54014].
