Subject: Consideration of Development Agreement No. 2019-02 for AutoZone -
Calimesa
Recommendation: That the Board authorizes the Board President to execute Development
Agreement No. 2019-02.
The District staff is in the process of finalizing a development agreement for sewer service to a
proposed Autozone on Calimesa Boulevard in the City of Calimesa. The Project requires a new
6-inch commercial sewer lateral to be installed, the abandonment of an existing 4-inch lateral on
the northwest end of the property, and expansion of the 10-foot existing sewer easement 14-L to
20 feet from the existing property line with a 12-foot wide all-weather surface from the property
line.
Drinking water service to this project will
be provided by South Mesa Mutual
Water Company.
