Subject: Consideration of Resolution No. 2019-07 Adopting a Revised Policy for
Members of the Board of directors Regarding Expense Reimbursement,
Meeting Attendance, Compensation, Benefits and Other Items
Recommendation: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2019-07.
Each year the District staff presents a resolution setting forth the policies related to board member
reimbursement, meeting attendance, compensation, and benefits. This policy has been amended
to consolidate two existing resolutions: Resolution No. 2017-03 and Resolution No. 2018-05. The
policy was also expanded to provide clarification in other areas.
