RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes District staff to amend the
Sorenson Engineering Class I Significant Industrial User Discharge Permit No. CP-
001-03 to include the adopted Wastewater Discharge Limitations, Resolution 2019-
08, and the request for additional discharge and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).

Yucaipa Boulevard, Douglas Street, Cornell Drive, Cornell Court, Cornell Lane, and Auburn

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to
execute Change Order No. 1 for a decrease of $111,282 and file the Notice of
Completion for the project.
