RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes District staff to amend the
Sorenson Engineering Class I Significant Industrial User Discharge Permit No. CP-

execute Change Order No. 1 for a decrease of $111,282 and file the Notice of
Completion for the project.
