Leonard Stevenson asked if there would be an impact on the
District’s sewer rates as a result of adopting Resolution No.
2019-08. General Manager Joseph Zoba responded to the
question.

There were no further comments or questions and the public
hearing was closed.

Director Lonni Granlund moved that the Board to adopt
Resolution No. 2019-08. Director Joyce McIntire seconded the
motion.

The motion was approved by the following vote:

DM 19-027 Public Works Manager John Wrobel discussed the
administrative changes to the Sorenson Engineering Class I
CONSIDERATION OF Significant Industrial User Discharge Permit No. CP-001-03.
ADMINISTRATIVE
CHANGES TO THE Director Jay Bogh moved that the Board authorize District staff
SORENSON to amend the Sorenson Engineering Class I Significant
ENGINEERING CLASS I Industrial User Discharge Permit No. CP-001-03 to include the
SIGNIFICANT adopted Wastewater Discharge Limitations, Resolution No.
INDUSTRIAL USER 2019-08, and the request for additional discharge and Total
DISCHARGE PERMIT Dissolved Solids (TDS). Director Bruce Granlund seconded the
NO. CP-001-03 motion.

ADMINISTRATIVE CP-003-03.

SKAT TRAK Director Jay Bogh moved that the Board authorize District staff
PERFORMANCE to amend the Skat Trak Performance Products Class II, Non-
PRODUCTS CLASS II Significant Industrial User Permit, No. CP-003-03 to include the
NON-SIGNIFICANT adopted Wastewater Discharge Limitations, Resolution No.
INDUSTRIAL USER 2019-08. Director Bruce Granlund seconded the motion.
