Subject: Overview of a Development Agreement for Tract 16268 in the City of Yucaipa
The attached draft development agreement for Tract 16268 includes sewer connection conditions
that have been recently reviewed and revised following the damaging storm flows that impacted
District facilities. The proposed residential development consists of 22 lots (“Project”). The
Project will receive sewer service only from the Yucaipa Valley Water District.
The original connection to the sewer mainline for this tract was planned by the developer to be
located adjacent to the storm drain discharge. In light of recent events, the connection will need
to be adjusted away from the creek and storm drain discharge to reduce the possibility of future
damage from erosion.
