Subject: Overview of a Proposed Development Agreement with Lewis Management
Corporation for a Commercial Development in the City of Calimesa
The Lewis Management Corporation is proposing to build a commercial development near the
Summerwind Trails development at the Northeast Corner of Cherry Valley Boulevard and Desert
Lawn Drive, in the City of Calimesa. The Project will receive drinking water service, recycled
water service and sewer service from the Yucaipa Valley Water District.
The draft development agreement is attached for your review and consideration.
