B. Presentation of the Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending on May 31, 2019

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board receives and files the unaudited
financial report.
C. Adoption of the Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2020

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board adopts the budget as presented.
