Watermaster Activities
2.1 Makeup of the Board
During the February 1, 2017 regular meeting of the Beaumont Basin Watermaster, elections
were held with the results as follows.
Mr. Art Vela – Chairman
Mr. George Jorritsma – Vice Chairman
Mr. Eric Fraser – Secretary
Mr. Joseph Zoba – Treasurer
No elections were held, or the positions reaffirmed during the remainder of calendar years
2017 and throughout 2018. However, a number of agencies changed their representatives
to the Watermaster during these two years. The Watermaster Representatives serving each
Appropriative Party at the end of CY 2018 were as follows:

represented by Hannibal Blandon, in association with Thomas Harder & Company,
represented by Thomas Harder.
