Call to Order Chairman Duane Burk called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. II. Roll Call City of Banning Duane Burk Present Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District Eric Fraser Present South Mesa Water Company George Jorritsma Present Yucaipa Valley Water District Joseph Zoba Present Keith McCullough was present representing legal counsel for the Watermaster. Members of the public who registered their attendance were: Rhea Weber. III. Pledge of Allegiance Keith McCullough led the pledge of allegiance. IV. Public Comments No public comments were received. V. Special Project Committee of Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District, City of Banning, Yucaipa Valley Water District, and South Mesa Mutual Water Company A. Status Report on the Beaumont Basin Groundwater Model and Redetermination of Safe Yield [Watermaster Memorandum No. 14-03] Recommendation: No recommendation. Engineering Consultant Mr. Tom Harder gave a presentation on the status of the safe yield model results for the Beaumont Basin, answering questions and receiving comments/feedback from the Committee Members. Member Joseph Zoba motioned for the Committee to approve and authorize Thomas Harder & Co. in association with Alda, Inc., additional analyses Tasks 1 through 3, in support of finalizing the safe yield of the Beaumont Basin. Member Eric Fraser seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0.
