                       A. Status Report on Beaumont Basin Water Level Monitoring Program
                              through March 19, 2018

                                     Recommendation: No recommendation.

Engineer Hannibal Blandon noted he has been talking to Tom
Harder about one or two additional monitoring wells in the
                                     Banning area.

At Yucaipa 34 last week, two probes (water level and barometric)
were gone. Staff will try to fish them out of the bottom of the
well if they are there. In the Noble Creek area, the shallow
aquifer levels have increased by 85 feet in the last few months.

Mr. Blandon reported on monitoring of existing wells. He noted
that Banning 8 has appeared to collapse. The probe has been
removed and it remains to be determined whether it will be
                                     available for monitoring again.

BCVWD wells 2 and 25 have increased water levels. Wells outside
the Banning area are also being sought to monitor water levels.
