Gentlemen:
The Yucaipa Valley Water District has accepted the transfer of Overlying Water Rights from Oak
Valley Partners for Tract Nos. 32702-1 and 32702-2 (162 lots) pursuant to Beaumont Basin
Watermaster Resolution No. 2017-02 adopted on August 30, 2017.
The attached correspondence dated July 5, 2018, confirms the transfer of 59.89 acre-feet of
overlying water rights from Oak Valley Partners and the acceptance of said overlying-appropriative
water rights by Yucaipa Valley Water District.
