RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YUCAIPA
VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE
COUNTIES, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Yucaipa Valley Water District DECLARES the
following property surplus:

1. Sewer Lift Station No. 5, located on the northeast corner of Avenue E and 16 Street in
Dunlap Acres, Yucaipa.

2. 1988 Isuzu pickup truck, ¼ ton, VIN JAACL11L4J7235844.

3. 1991 Chevrolet Kodiak dump truck, 2 ton, VIN 1GBM7H1J0MJ106049.

4. 1990 Toyota pickup truck, 1 ton, VIN JT5VN94TXL0011779.

5. Smith Air Compressor 100, model no. CSG-8501-6005-A, serial No. 14336 R-3-TC.

6. Smith Air Compressor 100, model no. CSG-8501-6005-A, serial No. 18489 T-25-TT.

7. Ditch Witch 1420 with trailer, model no. 1420 KE, serial No. 5D2026.

FURTHER, the Board of Directors shall direct the General Manager in the method of disposal of
said property.
