The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yucaipa Valley CALL TO ORDER Water District was called to order by Director Bruce Granlund at 6:00 p.m. at the Administrative Office Building, 12770 Second Street, Yucaipa, California. Director Bruce Granlund led the pledge of allegiance. FLAG SALUTE The roll was called and Director Bruce Granlund, Director Lonni ROLL CALL Granlund, Director Jay Bogh, Director David Leja and Director Ken Munoz were present. David Duron gave a brief summary of the Yucaipa Basin Change of PUBLIC COMMENTS Storage/Recharge Study Update provided at the regular meeting of the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District on February 18, 2014. Director Lonni Granlund moved to approve the consent calendar and CONSENT CALENDAR Director Ken Munoz seconded the motion to approve the following items on the consent calendar. A. Minutes of Meetings 1. Regular Board Meeting - February 5, 2014 2. Board Workshop - February 11, 2014 B. Payment of Bills 1. Approve/Ratify Invoices for Board Awarded Contracts 2.
