Call to Order - 4:00 p.m. II. Public Comments - General Manager Joseph Zoba recognized the members of the Board of Directors and District staff in attendance. There were no public comments. III. Staff Report - General Manager Joseph Zoba discussed: (1) San Bernardino County LAFCO opportunities; (2) an overview of water conditions on the State Water Project; and (3) future regional meetings. IV. Presentations A.
