MINUTES OF A BOARD WORKSHOP May 15, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. Call to Order - 4:00 p.m. II. Public Comments - General Manager Joseph Zoba recognized the members of the Board of Directors and District staff in attendance. There were no public comments. III. Staff Report - General Manager Joseph Zoba discussed a potential agreement to lease portions of brineline disposal and treatment capacity to be detailed in a capacity purchase agreement with San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District. IV. Overview of the Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2015 - The Board of Directors, District staff and audience members participated in a discussion about the Fiscal Year 2015 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program. V. Director Comments - Director Lonni Granlund requested information about brineline marketing activities. VI. Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Joseph B.
