The following unaudited financial report has been prepared by the Administrative Department for your review. The report has been divided into six sections to clearly disseminate information pertaining to the financial status of the District. Please remember that the following financial information has not been audited. Cash Fund Balance Report [Detailed information can be found on page 5 to 6 of 30] The Cash Fund Balance Report provides a summary of how the total amount of funds maintained by financial institutions is distributed throughout the enterprise and non-enterprise funds of the District. Check Register [Detailed information can be found on pages 7 to 11 of 30] The check register lists each check processed during the month of April 2014. The District processed 244 checks during the month of April for a total sum of $1,151,752.29. All checks are reviewed by District staff for accuracy and completeness, and usually signed by the General Manager and one Director, but may be signed by two Directors. The Controller will make any check, invoice or supporting documentation available for review to any board member upon request.
