Directors Present: Staff Present: Lonni Granlund, Vice President Joseph Zoba, General Manager Jay Bogh, Director Brent Anton, Engineering Manager David Leja, Director Jennifer Ares, Water Resource Manager Ken Munoz, Director Vicky Elisalda, Controller Directors Absent: Consulting Staff Present: Bruce Granlund, President David Wysocki, Legal Counsel Registered Guests and Others Present: Amanda Bain, Customer David Duron, Customer Craig Hoshijima, PFM Ray Morris, San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency Bill Dickson, San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yucaipa Valley CALL TO ORDER Water District was called to order by Director Lonni Granlund at 6:00 p.m. at the Administrative Office Building, 12770 Second Street, Yucaipa, California. Director Lonni Granlund led the pledge of allegiance. FLAG SALUTE The roll was called and Director Lonni Granlund, Director Jay Bogh, ROLL CALL Director David Leja and Director Ken Munoz were present. Director Bruce Granlund was absent. There were no public comments. PUBLIC COMMENTS Director Jay Bogh moved to approve the consent calendar and CONSENT CALENDAR Director Ken Munoz seconded the motion to approve the consent calendar. A.
