3. Board Workshop - June 24, 2014

A. San Gorgonio Pass Regional Water Resource Alliance - BOARD REPORTS
There was no report about the Alliance meeting held on June
25, 2014.
B. San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency, Special Board Meeting,
Capacity Fee Workshop - Director David Leja reported on the
SGPWA Capacity Fee Workshop held on June 26, 2014 with
additional comments by Mary Ann Melleby.
C. Other Reports by Board Members
There were no additional reports.
General Manager Joseph Zoba reported on the following items: STAFF REPORT
The District has received indications that the Santa Ana
Watershed Project Authority has approved the permit for the
brine disposal pipeline.
The financing program for the R-12.4 Reservoir will include a
component for the Pressure Zone 12 pipelines adjacent to the
reservoir and District staff will request authorization to solicit
bids at the next board meeting.
The board meeting agenda was amended and properly
noticed for a discussion regarding AB 2443.
A fund transfer summary will be provided at the next board
workshop related to the completion of numerous capital
improvement projects.
An article about recycled water in Wildomar was distributed
and briefly discussed.
Moody’s reaffirmed the District’s A1 rating for the 2004A
certificates of participation. This will be a discussion item for
a future workshop.
