• Director David Leja and Director Lonni Granlund reported
on the Regional Public Policy Seminar Series, The
Science of Fire Management meeting held on August 7,
2014.
• Director Ken Munoz reported on the San Bernardino
Valley Municipal Water District workshop held on August
11, 2014. During this meeting Assembly Bill No. 2443 was
discussed.
• Director Jay Bogh reported on the East Valley Water
District board meeting held on August 13, 2014.
General Manager Joseph Zoba provided information on the following STAFF REPORT
items:
• The amended version of Assembly Bill No. 2443 was
distributed at the meeting.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Following a staff presentation by Controller Vicky Elisalda, Director DM 14-065
Lonni Granlund moved and Director David Leja seconded a motion UNAUDITED
to receive and file the unaudited financial report as presented. FINANCIAL REPORT

release of the retention amount of $2,055.55 thirty-five days after the THE CONTRACT WITH
