Subject: Approval of a Policy Related to the Disclosure Procedures for the Issuance
of Municipal Debt by the Yucaipa Valley Water District
Recommendation: That the Board approves the attached policy document.
The Yucaipa Valley Water District is currently preparing to refinance the 2004A Water System
Certificates of Participation used for the construction of the Yucaipa Valley Regional Water
Filtration Facility.
The attached policy has been prepared to describe the methodology for the preparation, review
and approval of financial documentation that will be relied upon by the financial community for the
proposed refinancing as well as for future municipal debt obligations issued by the District.
