from Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co., LLP.
B. Presentation of the Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending on June 30, 2017

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board receives and files the unaudited
financial report for the period ending on June 30, 2017.
C. Consideration of Resolution No. 2017-20 Updating the Methodology used to Calculate
Employee Benefit, Administrative Overhead, and Surcharge Factors for Cost Recovery of
Certain Services Provided by the District [Director Memorandum No. 17-067 - Page 61 of
76]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2017-20.
